Data storage

We don't store any of your boards data in our DB. All data stays within your monday.com account.

Payment information

Payment is collected via monday.com. We have no access to our client's payment or invoice information.

File encryption

PDF files are stored in Azure Storage: Data is encrypted and decrypted transparently using 256-bit AES encryption.

      1Where's the app hosted?
      DocExport is hosted in the European Union. We use the Microsoft Azure Data Center in Frankfurt/Main in Germany. Companies like Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Telekom and SAP are using the same infrastructure, so you’re in a good neighbourhood. We have extensive experience in the area of data security and privacy. Germany has one of the strictest privacy laws worldwide and this is the baseline for all our global clients.
      2Do you store our boards information in your database?
      We don't store the content from your boards in our database. We only store the information from "recipes" and the configuration. This includes placeholders and column titles, but not the content itself. Your data stays within your monday.com account.
      3Where do you store the generated PDFs?
      The generated PDFs are stored in your board's file column or sent via email - depending on your recipe settings. You have also access to your files via our app view. The generated PDFs are stored in Microsoft Azure Storage: Data in Azure Storage is encrypted and decrypted transparently using 256-bit AES encryption, one of the strongest block ciphers available, and is FIPS 140-2 compliant. We don't store any related data in our database.
      4Where do you process transactional emails?
      We send our transactional emails via rapidmail. We don't store any emails and the sub-processor is 100% GDPR compliant.
